Daisy Birthing® couples workshops

 
 

These relaxed and informal FEDANT approved antenatal sessions are for both you and your birthing partner and are suitable for all couples, whether you plan to have a hospital, birthing centre or home birth.

They take place in the comfort of your own home so there are no embarassing group exercises or introductions, just unique relaxed-active birthing approaches to empower both you and your partner to make confident and informed choices during your pregnancy and the birth of your baby.

We explain each stage of labour in detail, giving you practical explanations of how your body works as well as positions, movements, tools and breathing techniques for each stage. We also teach massage and other techniques which your partner can use to help you feel calm and confident throughout labour and delivery.
The session will be tailored to you as a couple so there will also be plenty of opportunity to discuss anything you are not sure of and for you to ask any questions that you may have.

The sessions last for 2/3 hours and costs £75 per couple (which includes a Mama Pack goody bag and copy of our unique Silver Lake CD)

Special discounted rate for existing Daisy Birthing clients is £65 per couple (which also includes  a Mama Pack goody bag and a copy of our Silver Lake CD)
